Stèphane has been in command of the kitchen since 1997 and takes a real pleasure in sharing his love of cooking with you. Savour the delights of fine French dishes, of recipies handed down thoughout the generations, the dishes that took French Gastronomy to where it is today. Savoyard specialities also have their role to play, such as raclette, fondue, tartiflette and “farcement”, local sausages in white wine, locally fished trout, “pormoniers from the Val d’arly and the Savoiegateau.

Stéphane also manages to find the time to produce not only all his own jams and desserts, but also his own terrines and he smokes his own ham which he buys straight from the farm and salts and smokes in a traditional chimney.
