A passionate chef, proud of his region, Stéphane oversees the kitchen.
He proposes tasty and generous cooking composed of local produce carefully selected according to the season to ensure freshness and authenticity of the dishes on the menu of the day or à la carte. Entirely "homemade" cooking including the terrines and hams smoked in the fireplace, that the Chef cooks himself.

Of course, the must-have and delicious Savoyard specialties: raclette, fondue, tartiflette are à la carte .... without forgetting the diots with white wine, pormonier, trout of the valley and for the sweet palates, the famous Savoy biscuit and the blueberry pie.
